Saving a Logic session so it can be opened up on another persons computer is very easy.
Use the Save Copy As option in the File Menu and make sure all the options to include assets are checked.
This takes everything you need and stuffs it into one nice new folder that can be zipped.
After you are done zipping the file you can use one of these free online services to send the large file to another person.
